We have been one of the best real estate sign post installation companies in Maryland, Northern Virginia, and DC for over 15 years. We weren't always called R.E.S.T. though. For the first 13 years or so, we worked as a division of Top To Bottom Services, LLC.
Top To Bottom Services is one of the largest and most successful home inspection companies in the District, Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas; however, the sign post installation division had grown tremendously over the years due to our high level of customer service, attention to detail, and loyal real estate agents, so we branched-off into our own entity, Real Estate SignTraker, LLC.

We bring all of this experience, servitude, and knowledge to you, our real estate agents, in order to make your real estate transactions as smooth as possible. Sign Posts and Panels
We are the only company in the area that provides real-time inventory control using a bar code system (SignTraker). We photograph every sign panel and rider that you have, and we create unique model numbers and sequential serial numbers for the signs. Our SignTraker system then tracks everything from storage to being on a truck, to being installed, or to being returned to the owner. We currently offer white and black wood sign posts (yard arms). We will be providing PVC sign posts to Montgomery County, MD very soon, and eventually we will transition to all PVC sign posts in the next several years. This is because PVC sign posts are extremely weather resistant, insectproof, waterproof, resiliant, and don't need paint maintenance like wood posts do. All of our sign posts will be installed after Miss Utility has marked the properties. Please refer to the paragraph below for more information.
As for sign panels, most of the panels and riders we have in our inventory are supplied by the agents or brokers. Some agents or brokers will have their signs made and delivered directly to our office, while others will bring them in person. Real Estate SignTraker does have a select number of various riders in stock should one of our clients need one he or she does not have. We can also supply brochure holders for sign posts upon request.
Ordering real estate sign post installations, sign post fixes, or sign post removals is super easy using the SignTraker web-based app on your phone or other mobile device. As long as you have data or WiFi and a browser, you can use the program. Being a web-based "app," it does not need any special permissions to access your personal data, it does not "harvest" information from your device, nor does it "snoop" on you in any way. The web-based SignTraker "app" is very secure! We wouldn't have it any other way. Additionally, most sign post installations can be completed within 72 hours of the order. Miss Utility
Miss Utility requires that anyone breaking the surface of the ground first notify Miss Utility, so they can mark underground utilities to avoid a major problem. Real estate is a fast-paced industry, so for many years, sign installation companies would ignore this law in order to get sign posts installed as fast as possible. Real Estate SignTraker was one of the first companies in our area to adhere to this law, even if it meant the competition would install sign posts sooner. We consider ourselves to be industry leaders with ethics and concern for employees and clients to match. Over the years, we have seen a dramatic shift leading to almost all sign post installation companies adhering to the Miss Utility law.
